System Center Essential OpsMgr Error 0x80004005

After an install of SCE 2007, the OpsMgr service would not start and kept throwing an 0x80004005 error.

Found another blog with a fix:

It was a little different in my case, I had to remove LMIRfsClientNP from the registry key:
